below log cake I made during my baking class @ Phoon Huat last night , I hv to replaced my sis in law coz she could not make it ,Lucky me ..I've learnt a lot from it .
For ex, to bake the Roll must use high temp, @ least 200 deg. and for our oven which doesnt have lower part control temp we must put upside down tray and layer with a piece of carton or wood then put the batter on top. if the temp not enough the top layer will tear off easily. leave the the cake in the tray cooled for 1/2 hour before strat do the filling , rolled it . keep in the fridge for 1 hour before decorate.
