Rempeyek Bayam

I made Spinach cracker Rempeyek Bayam last night , everybody love it . recipe as follows :

1 ikat bayam diambil daun nya saja - Spinach leaves
Tepung beras - takarannya secukupnya – Rice flour
Santan - coconut milk
Air - water
Salt

( Mix well above Ingr. & remember the mixture can not be too thin like rempeyek teri kacang but instead make it thicker)

Finely pounded :

4-5 cloves of garlic
2-3 candle nut ( kemiri )
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp coriander

Dip the Spinach leaf in to the mixture and deep fried in the medium fore till a bit golden brown .
Ready to serve with chilly sauce …yummy…
