This dish recipe we get from Nancy Lee , it’s simple tofu ( she prepared raw one) dish . But my mother In law thought that it will be more hygienic if she steamed it. Anyway both taste similar . recipe as follows :
3 big tofu - steamed and cut square – put back to refrigerator 4 tablespoon fried garlic/onion ( garlic and onion chopped coarsely and fried till golden brown ) 4 Tablespoon finely chopped spring onion 6 tablespoon Light soya sauce
Place the square cut tofu in the prepared plate , pour the light soya sauce, spread in chopped spring onion , spread in the fried garlic/onion on top.
