Beancurd cook with preserved Radish ( Taukwa Chye Poh) |

Taukwa cut square ( 2x2cm) Chye Poh (Preserved Radish) cut 2 x2 cm 3 Red chilies - sliced 2 cloves Garlic - crushed 5 tbs Sweet black kecthup 4tbs Sugar Salt
Directions: Fry Taukwa till golden brwoned ,take and put in a bowl . Stir fry the garlic for a minutes and add the chye Poh , cook for 4-5 minutes before pour the ketchup and sugar and pinch of salt . stir further 1 minutes then add the Fried Taukwa . add sliced chilies. cook for a half minute. Ready to serve....Labels: Tempe/Tofu |
